Sources claim that Farah Gogi was cleared by the ACE of any wrongdoing in the alleged wrongful allotment of plots to M/s AI-Muez Dairy & Foods (Pvt) Limited by officers or employees of the Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development and Management Company (FIEDMC). She and her mother were found to be innocent at the ACE headquarters, where former Director General ACE Rai Manzoor Nasir oversaw the investigation.
According to ACE sources, Rai Manzoor was tasked with investigating the cases of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders. Musadiq Abbasi, a retired brigadier and former National Accountability Bureau (NAB) consultant who currently advises the Punjab chief minister on ACE, is another significant individual in this regard.
A reliable source informed the writer that Farah Gogi had received special treatment despite the fact that she was ineligible for a plot and had a case against her for illegal plot allotment. An investigation would be reopened when the government changed because there were many arguments made against her.
Both Musadiq Abbas and ACE DG Captain (ret.) Asadullah were contacted by the reporter, but neither responded. Another person who was approached was the DG's public relations officer (PRO), but he was likewise unavailable.
On November 26, 2020, Farhat Shahzadi and her mother Bushra Khan established a business and registered it with the Security & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) as AI-Muez Dairy & Foods (Private) Limited. On November 30, 2020, the business made its first manual application to the acting CEO of FIEDMC for the assignment of a plot totaling 10.5 acres in the M3 Faisalabad Industrial Zone through its director Farhat Shahzadi.
The ACE investigation found that after breaking the rules, she received an impropriety favour and was hastily allocated two plots without meeting the conditions outlined in the Act and rules & regulations. On December 6, 2021, she received the letter announcing her receipt of both plots. The ACE had begun an investigation into her as soon as the case came to light, and a FIR was filed against her. The examination revealed that Farah Gogi had received plots at a discounted rate of Rs83 million when their market value was closer to Rs600 million.
